800 Hallmarked Silver Band
Authentic Egyptian 800 silver band in excellent condition. The Egyptian hallmark can be found stamped within the inside of the band. Its hallmark includes the Arabic numeral for 800, symbolizing how much silver the piece is made up of. It also includes the Arabic numeral for 2000, symbolizing the year in which it was made. Unlike most of the Egyptian pieces I offer, this ring also features a lotus stamp, signifying its Tanta, Egypt origin. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the age of this piece, there is a slight patina on the band. It may not come off when attempting to polish. This is typical with vintage jewelry pieces.
